I'm traveling and I always want to be sure who ever I leave them with for daycare or boarding provides them with great service. Not only was I able to view them romping, playing, and laying down on their website but the app really made it easy too. I enjoyed staring at them and watching them have a great time with other puppers. That always makes me feel better leaving them somewhere when I can watch their interactions.

The customer service at Dogtopia, specifically from Candace, was exceptional. We took our golden doodle to get groomed one Saturday and we were not particularly happy with the experience. Candace reached out to us within days to ask us about our experience and apologize. Additionally, she was willing to go above and beyond to make up for it and ensure we would return to Dogtopia in the future. We absolutely will and we are very grateful for Candace’s understanding and generosity! We took our golden doodle up there again recently and she had a great time!!

This was my 1st time at Dogtopia, I was nervous to leave my puppy, but being able to watch her play before leaving and the webcams help me. Luna came home so tired from enjoying her play time. And after just 1 visit I notice a difference in her. We will def be back

I liked that you did a trial run to make sure my dogs would be comfortable. I also liked that even though one of my dogs did not pass, he can try again in 3 months. I really liked how nice everyone was and how the place looked clean and cared for.
