I love the intensity. Not just yoga but cardio & strength. Some classes get a little too hot, maybe the instructor didn't know how to adjust the heat (8 people had to leave a class to get air) but the last class I took was perfect!

I love Woodbury, but the Women’s locker room is too small for the amount of people using it and trying to shower in the morning.
Erin is the BEST!! The schedule has variety, the instructors are excellent and care, the facilities are clean! I look forward to the Woodbury remodel, even though I will need to travel for a few weeks "WAY" out of my way, but it is temporary.
I love this location and the teachers are amazing. One complaint: in the sculpt classes the air is constantly turned on during class. These are supposed to be heated classes. If you don’t leave a sculpt class sweating, something’s not right.

I took C2 with Jen at the Apple Valley location.
I've had the pleasure of practicing yoga in many different studios due to my frequent travels for work, and I can confidently say that Jen is one of the best instructors I've encountered. As a new person to the studio, I felt immediately welcomed by her warm and inviting demeanor. Jen's energy was truly infectious, creating a positive and uplifting atmosphere that was exactly what I needed that day. I left the class feeling rejuvenated and inspired, and I can't wait to return. This was my first time at the MG location. I loved the studio and especially enjoyed Chelsey, the Yoga Sculpt instructor. She was engaging, energetic, fun and had awesome music! I brought a friend and we had a great workout and some good sweaty bonding time. Thank you! I/We will be back!
I feel welcome every time I come into class. I am overweight and was anxious about going to work out where other people might be in good shape. I found that I did not feel judged at all and in fact encouraged. The instructors, every single one of them, have been amazing. Clear in their instruction, friendly, helpful and kind.

Really enjoyed the hot yoga class I took. The instructor was good and it was harder (in a good way) than the classes I've taken at Woodbury. I prefer only hot classes and there are limited options in the city, I have to search across four studios. I wish there were more hot classes offered.

I love Core Power. I went to Edina location because the Eden Prairie location was closed for renovation! It did not disappoint!
