Instructor was great. I'm no experience yogi but she did a great job.
I love the very very hot and hard workouts offered. Kiera and Michelle and Erin and Heather's classes are just butt kickers which is what I love if I'm taking the time to workout. Wish I could go to Megan's but always during work day. Karla's HPFs and Erin's are also wonderful! Wish there were more high intensity instructors during the week after work hours.
Mark's C3 was great! As a member, it was wonderful to see a new class on the schedule that was challenging and different. Thank you!

Only feedback- sometimes the mirrors are dirty (not end of world!!) + would love a Sculpt class at 4 on Fridays (vs 5:30)

I enjoy the warm rooms and refreshing showers after a thoughtful practice.
It’s a peaceful environment that is great to recenter yourself. The instructors are great at directing class, and cuing postures along with breath.
Great class, instructor was fabulous. I think the studio needs a bit of a “refresh” though, looking pretty run down. I also remember when there used to be yoga words/symbols throughout the studio. It’s looking more like a grimy gym and I wish core power would get back to its yoga roots.

Only main gripes are, I wish staff would more regularly check the bathrooms. The body wash soap is often empty in the showers for the men's bathroom at the NE facility, (bummer), sometimes this is an issue for multiple days! Also, I wish there were a few more trash cans readily available throughout the area.
