Great part of yoga, of which CPY is fantastic at, is assisting those of us who aren’t in yoga shape and need to do a lot of modifications. The instructors are not only patient, but they help us get proper form and encourage different poses that allow guys like myself to feel like we’re working out and involved.
A great hot yoga class, with a very clear and helpful instructor, likely about 8 or 9 students, a good temperature-- not too hot, comfortable and the muscles stretched easily, and pleasant relatively quiet eastern music. THe instructor was involved, helping each of us, as needed, to modify the poses to our own levels. A great class!
The teachers!!! It is all about the instructors!!!!! I honestly miss the old formats of COND, before corporate took back their franchise. It was a better place prior. The teachers that weren’t run off ARE CorePower for me.
I love this studio, I have not been able to get to this studio as often as I would like to due to life getting in the way. The studio is always clean and I like the size of the yoga studio room itself.
This was this first time I took this particular sculpt class with Michaela. I would definitely join again if my schedule allows.

I've enjoyed the array of classes and going to different teachers. Each brings their own unique personality and way of teaching which I enjoy.
For Sculpt, my favorite class, there is no topping Katrina. The music selection works for what we are working on. She has such a positive upbeat energy it keeps you moving and wanting to do more. Her classes are big, but she makes a point to know everyone's name in the room and call you out for encouragement during classes. Nice personal touch. Awesome teacher!
Most recently I like DeeAnn's Core 2 class. The flow and energy is just great.
My first time visiting and everyone was so welcoming! The environment was very calming and relaxing. I will definitely be back and hope to be a part of such a great community!
All teachers are great. Location is perfect. The only thing I wish is that it would be fun with more meditation-classes.

Katie’s class on Tuesdays is the highlight of my week. She creates a space that is comfortable, fun, but also challenging. Her cues are great and her energy is so encouraging. Laurie’s Friday class is also awesome, but I haven’t been there for a few weeks. I love the hot 90 at 9 am at the Westminster location, period.

The sweetness on the flows that teachers create, that variations are offered in order to make the class inclusive to different body abilities, that I can find it on different cities, when travelling.
I like every thing about the studio the teachers , the classes. One improvement would be for Megan to use some green in with the pink highlights :) Is this anonymous ? If so my initials are AR , in all seriousness , the pink is fine. Have a merry x-mas
