Student Testimonials
The instructor is what makes the class. Other yoga studios' instructors follow the same script for each class. Once you've been to it twice, it's too boring to go back. I love that core power has the best instructors, changing class formats all of which makes me want to attend as many classes as possible all the time!!

My favorite thing about CorePower is the variety of sculpt classes that are offered. I love Naomi's class because of the amount of cardio as well as strength training in the workout. I have gained a lot of endurance and strength since I have been doing her class regularly. The other classes are good too and it's nice to have a variety but hers is the toughest and best in my opinion.
I also like the variety of C2 classes and instructors. I learn something new all the time and it is never boring.
My first yoga studio was Wilmington yoga in Wilmington, NC. I haven’t taken a class there yet can name four instructors I worked with, they were that unique and good. Until Broomfield I could only name one at each studio in between.
Jill is a great and fun instructor. Good energy. Creative flow.
really like this studio and all of the teachers. the only thing i notice is that the heat for C2 isn't always consistent and that can be frustrating. a lot of times a C2 at flatirons starts at already 100 or 101 degrees and goes up from there, especially during crowded classes. would love to see more consistency with the heat and to know what to expect. it's hard when you show up for a class that you've carved out time for and made the trip expecting 97 degrees and walking in to 101.
i've asked different teachers and always get different answers about what temperature a c2 class is supposed to be.
I love the instructors, the physical space and the friendliness of the staff. I'm getting new favorite teachers all the time.
The CorePower community in Ft Collins is awesome. All thought every teacher brings something different they all support an encouraging environment of acceptance. It is a favorite part of my day.
Really love the vibe at NoBo CPY. Great instruction, lots of attention to philosophy and yoga history.
Sometimes I do wonder about the heat and temperature. Would love more consistency around the heat setting for certain classes.
I have been a CYP member for a long time and I love this place. I love the community, I love practicing, and I love the instructors. Lately I have had an issue with lots of people complaining and causing a scene in classes because “it’s too hot” or “it’s not hot enough” or “it’s too crowded” — I find that this is mainly true in sculpt classes in all of the north Denver studios. My biggest recommendation is to have a rating for each class /each instructor dependent on their difficulty and heat. I think this would also mitigate a lot of issues with the Naomi situation. She’s not going to be everyone’s cup of tea, but she and her class is what keeps me happy and motivated me through my week, so I’m hoping we could find a solution as there’s a huge Naomi cult that want her back. I can’t see myself practicing at CPY if my favorite instructors are being pushed away for being “too hard” or “too hot” because majority of people in the class enjoy it!
Flexible schedule, lots of great unique teachers and classes!

CorePower North Boulder has great instructors and a positive atmosphere!
I would love 6am or 6:15am yoga classes back on the schedule.
I really like all the instructors whom classes I have attended. There is a good variety of routines and music choices. They area all very good at describing what you should be doing with your body with poses.
love it. great teacher and great studio vibe
The coaches are so supportive of everyone, no matter where they are.
It’s good and the yoga instructors are top shelf.
I am hoping this will be journey to lasting health and fitness
Great instructors and very clean facility!
I attended Anna's hot class on Saturday, April 20th. It was old-school hot, which I prefer. She's a quality instructor. I'm surprised this studio does not offer more hot yoga as I attended regularly in years past for the hot classes, even before Shannon Fey took over the Friday noon hot offering. I remember coming to hot classes Sunday mornings and throughout the week in the old times.
I see the studio itself has been spruced up as well. A better heating unit in the studio, updated showers in the men's room, newer carpeting throughout, even a nice couch up front, which no other studio has. Great space, welcoming, only wish for more hot classes.
The instructors are excellent, the playlists are superb, and I always feel like I get a great workout when I go to core power. The East Broomfield location always feels and smells clean.
Katrina is awesome

Janika is fantastic! Just wish they would leave the doors shut and let us sweat. I don't know why we have to "water down" the experience by turning on the cool air 10 minutes before class is over.
It would be nice if they also gave you a scented wash cloth at the end. I know this is a chain, so everything gets "watered down". Such a shame

Alex is a star!
