The instructor gives clear, detailed instructions in a calm voice, making it easy to follow along. The location is also a big plus—it’s close to my neighborhood, and the space feels cozy and inviting. Highly recommend!

Love the studio and the addition of the Thursday 5:45a hot yoga class (thank you!)! JJ (every. single. class.), Rachel (Sat. Yoga Sculpt), Michael (5:45a HY), and Rebecca (5:45a HY) make the early morning/long classes worth dragging myself out of bed for.
I love the consistency of the classes, I know what I am going to get and receive guidance through the voice of someone who cares that I am there!

Such a great studio! Clean and updated, rooms are spacious and well-equipped. The sculpt class I attendaed with Crystal was the best ever: appropriate volume of the must so I could hear her cues, great series that felt purposeful and effective. I loved that she didn't scream and that the music wasn't outrageously loud. Thank you!

I love the studio and instructors. I dislike the new scheduling. Not having enough time between class change is frustrating. From no open parking, full lockers and no time to clean the floor between classes makes for a bad start.
I really enjoyed the C2 course I took. I felt it had good flow and was challenging enough for me. I additionally enjoyed the environment and atmosphere of the studio. I felt my instructor and other instructors were friendly. The studio was well maintained and clean.
Libby was wonderful; intentional, challenging, fun. She owns her space. Would definitely take her again, I wish this studio was closer to me.
Tunde is a love, of course Haven’t taken her class in a while, but it was even better than my fond memories of many classes with her in the past.
Carol is a wonderful teacher.

We love Heidi B. She was the one who got me interested in yoga 15 years ago...when I showed up at Core Power knowing little to nothing about yoga. She is so non judgmental and really made me feel welcome. It was so great to have her for a teacher again!
