Great class!
The instructors are prepared, greet you when you walk in and ask for feedback after class. They are friendly and acknowledge everyone. I have been coming here for years. It’s my place do to the instructors and free parking.
I love how the yoga instructors are so supportive and happy. It really makes my yoga experience that much better - I used to be really nervous of coming to yoga classes because I didn’t feel confident in my poses. But now, I feel better about making mistakes and being patient with my practice.
The challenge of the workout
I love the Streeterville studio the most. Everything is so clean, there is enough room for everyone even if the class is full.

It’s such a great sweat and the classes fly by. The community is also super sweet!
I know the studio is doing everything they can, but people keep putting boots in the lockers and leaving salt everywhere. Maybe the SET team can't keep it clean fast enough. I've been caught without toilet paper a few times recently too.
People are also bringing in way too much stuff into studios instead of using the locker rooms. Things like big bags and coats just don't have room to be on the floor by your mat in packed studios.
Lastly, I know you are trying your best to reduce phones and cameras in studios, but, unfortunately, I think it also needs to be stated about the locker room. Recently a woman was on a facetime time in the locker room which is entirely inappropriate when people are changing and unaware that someone is using a device.
Perhaps some of this behavior will end when the January push comes to an end and the more regular members are back in studio.

I got so much out of this place. I think everyone needs to be doing this for flexibility, mobility and protection against injury while doing other sports. My body feels has 0 pain now and I'm the most flexibility I've ever been. As a combat sports athlete, I gained endurance, I recover much faster now, and my injuries went away. I highly recommend it to anyone and everyone. Weather you're an athlete o want to maintain yor mobility, invest your time to this practice.

Ann Marie is the best teacher I've ever had for Yoga Sculpt! Her class is motivating, so fun, and so challenging. You leave feeling like a super hero! Her music is incredible as well.
I had the most amazing experience at Core Power in the South Loop. I love the heated rooms, the hands on adjustments and the rooftop view of the Chicago skyline. It is like no other!
I took two classes back to back and both teachers took the time to sit with afterwards to connect. Even though it was my first time it felt like home!

I started going to CorePower in Gold Coast because it's so close to my apartment, but felt that the studio was so crowded and sometimes felt a little dirty that I wanted to branch out. Additionally, because the Gold Coast location only has one studio, the class variety wasn't great in the evenings for someone who mostly prefers C2 over Sculpt. I started being a regular at the River North location, which I like better because it is cleaner and the classes have more variety.
I started to attend Streeterville when I wanted to take a daytime class, at the recommendation of a friend. The 7pm Thursday evening CoreRestore class with Gitana C. is seriously a game-changer. She is a great teacher, and I wish that CorePower would offer more yin/slow flows that are meditative and truly yoga rather than just a fitness class. Many C2 teachers at River North offer this experience as well.
