JC was my instructor and was so gracious when I was late. The workout was also very good.
The location is prime - perfect for commuters, walking distance from the office and easily accessible to the L. However the layout is horrible and very limited locker space!! This is the only location that doesn't have coat hooks. I don't understand the logic behind the set up and not having coat hooks. We have to shove our work backpacks/bags, clothes, yoga/gym bag, shoes and our giant winter coats into these small lockers????? If it wasn't for the location and the amazing and talented instructors/teachers I would not come to this location.
Staff is friendly, location easy to get to, facility is clean, classes were great. I highly recommend!

Instructors are friendly and encouraging. The workouts are challenging but not impossible for beginners.

I found the prople to be very kind and helpful...the class was good but the music was so loud that I couldn't hear the instructor. I watched other participants and tried to follow. By the end of class my knees (72 yo) were whining!
