I absolutely love CorePower Yoga in South Loop! The class schedule fits perfectly with my job, the instructors are fantastic, and the studio boasts the best view in Chicago. Yoga Sculpt and CorePower Yoga 2 are my go-to classes, and they’re truly essential for my well-being.
Yoga helps me feel connected with my mind and body at the same time. The CorePower environment makes me feel more challenged and helps me burn more calories than a non-hot studio. The instructors are friendly and are supportive, especially for me as a beginner.

I’ve never taken a yoga class prior to CorePower Yoga and I really have loved the classes I’ve taken so far. The instructors do a great job of motivating you during the session, and encouraging beginners to adjust positions based on their ability. The facility is clean and the instructors at the front desk have always been very helpful. Couldn’t recommend it strongly enough.

Beautiful clean studio . Especially love city views during hpf. Sculpt with Margarita was intense her playlist was on point !

I absolutely love the instructors!! Madeleine, Brigette, Michele, Ashlyn, Emilia, Leah, Allison, and Helen! C2/HPF is life. They are all such creative instructors and bring so much joy to the practice of yoga.

Love the workout I get at Core Power and especially love the mental wellness I feel afterwards. The time spent reflecting at the end of class is something I get no where else and it makes my day!
Uptown is the cleanest and most organized CPY studio. Unfortunately the high shower heads and toilet choice was a corporate fail. As intended, they do not conserve water. The shower heads are too high and pressure is weak. Showering takes longer than five minutes. Toilets need to be flushed more than once to rid the waste & toilet seats are tightened monthly.
I ❤️ my yoga sculpt class. It is always a great and fun workout with the best teachers. Namaste 🙏🏻
