Being a new student, the instructor, Abigail Reed, made me feel very comfortable. She gave great cues and kept the energy and the vibe high the whole class. She helps getting me set up and prepare for the class. The music was great and the sequences were well-prepared and made for a great workout that was fun and fulfilling! I’d highly recommend Abigail at CorePower Old Town!!
