Friendly staff, convenient location, different rooms for different dogs.

I love how friendly the staff has become and watching them interact with my pet. I do have some suggestions to maybe make things a little better.

I think there should be some actual designated parking spots in front of the daycare. Since the gym has opened, members and possibly employees of the gym have started parking in front of the store and making if difficult to drop off and pick up our 4 legged children. Also, I have noticed that as more dogs have joined Dogtopia, parents don’t realize or consider other dogs coming into and out.

I had a situation Saturday where there was 2 dogs doing a meet and greet and both dogs were just hanging out, on leashes with parents, in the front. I had to go inside and let them know I was dropping off for daycare and needed to get going and couldn’t wait any longer. Apparently one of the 2 dogs wells also in the area doing a part of the meet and greet where my dog needed to go as well. The staff was very polite and professional to take control of the situation but there should be a better process for when this happens during daycare drop off times. Maybe have specific meet and greet time so this doesn’t interfere with daycare / boarding drop off and pick up.

Our dogs were well taken care of on their 3 night stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating, play area clean and the pups got extra TLC.
They love going to Dogtopia and I’m happy they get to have fun with other dogs during their stay.

The staff is amazing!

I was so impressed with the staff when we did the meet and greet. My pup was very anxious and they tried several techniques to help him integrate with the other dogs. They could have easily stopped after he got anxious and called us to come get him. But instead they worked with him and called me to keep me apprised of him progress. We are going to board later this month, at first when they recommended 3 day visits before boarding I thought that was excessive. But now I get it. Their goal is to make the experience the best for the dog. Thank you for the care you give for all the pups. This Dog Mom greatly appreciates you all.

The staff members were all friendly, provided great information and feedback on Holly’s first day with her meet and greet and assessment. The facility is clean and that is so appreciated.

We love Dogtopia of Olathe because we know our dog is safe and well cared for when we're unable to have him with us. In addition, we love the professionalism and friendliness of all of the staff, from the Canine Coaches to the front desk reception. We always feel welcomed - and our dog consistently goes into your facility like it truly is "the best day ever"!

My dog was very scared and they took the time and effort to help her get comfortable with the staff and other dogs at her pace.

First impressions were very positive. Staff was friendly and facility seemed very clean. Also, my pups seemed very happy.

Everything! This company loves their dogs and you can tell right off of the bat that they do. The dogs have a blast playing together and there's always an attendant in the room cleaning up message if happens and monitoring the dog. Plus they have large screen Tv's in their lobby that showcases the playroom So you can see your pup and also you can watch them from your phone online Anytime you want. The daily rate is very good very reasonable and they do overnight boring as well! Wonderful company I would highly recommend!

My dog loves coming for doggy daycare. He always runs right in and can't wait to play. I feel that he's safe with staff members always circulating within the rooms, interacting with the dogs. Making appointments is seamless. The cleanliness of the facility is a real game-changer as well. My dog's done well when I've boarded him there and I feel he was well cared for. Staff have been very accommodating when we had to board him last-minute due to an unexpected medical emergency I had. LOVE the Webcam and being able to watch and check on him off and on during the day. I feel staff members really care about the dogs in their care. Thank you!

Silas always loves his days at Dogtopia. The location is clean and has different offerings throughout the month to add a nice addition to his day. The associates are always helpful and able to give any updates on how Silas’ day went.

Annie has only been three times but she is already coming out of her shell so much more now! The staff are so patient with her and seem to care about her as much as I do. Oliver also loves going to daycare and starts losing his mind as soon as he sees the building.
