Dogtopia employees are always very kind and helpful. They are well versed in knowing what behaviors to look for in each dog to know whether the dog is anxious, happy, excited or overwhelmed, and then the employees take the appropriate action to make that dog feel safe and secure.

We love the curbside drop-off and pick-up option. Staff seem knowledgeable and to have a true love for the dogs. Fun, clean, supervised play areas with flooring other than just concrete are so nice. Webcams making it possible to check in on our fur baby off and on, especially when he's being boarded while we are out of town, help us feel more comfortable that he's happy and having fun...which he always does! He gets so excited as soon as we near the parking lot and runs to get inside and start playing!
I love Dogtopia and the people that are there, but most importantly KC (our dog) loves it! He knows when we pull in the parking lot and starts going nuts in the car because he is so excited to go. He loves "school". It's such a great way for him to experience other dogs and to be in another environment rather than home or at our office all the time. Even though he only goes 2 days a week, it's such a great outlet for him and he absolutely loves going. I would highly recommend it for your pet even if it's only two or three days a week.
The staff here is wonderful! Everyone is always happy they seem to know every dog that comes there to play.
The customer service is amazing, and my dog loves to come here. i like that i can check on her during the day via the webcams!
