If you go to Core Power Cow Hollow take Brittany R’s class! Great instructor with great presence, sequencing, and music choice. Her classes are always waitlisted so make sure you sign up 3 days in advanced. I took her class last Saturday and the room was completely full but we were able to squeeze two additional individuals in the back. Crazy status!!!

It is hot esp where you position your mat you can get extra sun even with the shades down. So make sure you have a towel for your sweat & water bottle. They have a water filling station & showers & lockers w a mini lock for you to use while there. Ally leads a great class. She has great energy, leads you by example. Calls out the flow to you and then you flow on your own. Be ready for a sweat session & a challenge, I was beat red after class & loved it.

I like being challenged in every class, no matter the format. Instructors are great, too.

The studios are clean and modern and for the most part I feel like the clientele isn’t pretentious like other studios. The instructors have always been thorough and friendly and motivating.

Fun class

I like the variety of classes. I love the 45 minute strength class with Radika. There are many C2 instructors I like.
I also love that I am in walking distance.
I wish there was a C3 and some acro yoga classes!

I love the Cow Hollow location! Great staff, awesome instructors, clean and happy place to be. Keep it up!

Close to my house. The right balance between aggressive (tougher workout) and approachable (set western music, etc)
