Core Power Cow Hollow is the best experience of all the studio locations in SF. There is a level of hospitality always present there not present elsewhere. Carlie B’s Tuesday Sculpt classes are always an intense workout but you’re having so much fun you forget how hard you’re working. 10/10 Recommend.

Carly Lutz is an amazing teacher.

I love the instructors in this studio but sometimes class gets a bit too crowded

Cheryl is amazing with her sculpt class. Love the heat and her techniques and style! Well experienced.

Really fun special class format! Please add more special events like this, C3, HPF, inversion workshops, etc.

I love the radiant heating! It’s great for heated classes and I like that the instructors don’t change the temperature like other locations. I go to these classes for the heat as described and I expect it to be heated.

I also like the staff, great sculpt instructors, very skillful and knowledgeable. Enjoyed all my classes so far.

Lily, our instructor was one of the best fitness class instructors I have ever had. I don’t live very close but I will consider driving to attend that class instead of walking to my local studio, because it was that good.

I wanted to let you know that the Cow Hollow studio is a wonderful place. Carlie Burkhard is a very special teacher who teaches there and I appreciate the genuine energy she brings to her classes. She is always coming up with amazing playlists filled with songs that help students actually get into the yoga and get out of their heads.

Carlie is an asset and you should do whatever you can to keep her within the organization for a long time!!

Nikki's class was great for a Wednesday evening. She had a great upbeat playlist, very strong vocal projection and good cues. Her Sun B flow a B+ was an easy sequence and I wished she incorporated more challenging poses in her B+. I think we started core going into 27 minutes which is a little early in my opinion. Standing series was a little short and savasana was a little too long. But overall, she had a great personality, humor, and I would easily take her class again.

Super fun and out teacher last Sunday morning at 9:30 am was one of the BEST I’ve heard in a long time!!!!! She is SO worth getting up on Sunday am for a fun workout!!!!
