Sales staff and service personal are very easy to deal with, understand the industry and will try to make your shopping experience the best they can, parts people are very informed on products related to trailer industry. Never had an issue with anything that I was able to accomplish from trailer purchase, servicing or parts supply.
What drew me to Jayco was the factory mounted rear tow hitch. Having looked at the units the quality of the trailer both exterior and inside seems very good. As far as the service goes I cannot comment on that as we just purchased the unit and haven't dealt with any problems. We will see in May when we pick up the unit and start our camping season.

I love the used trailer I purchased. The people who delivered it to my campsite were very friendly and did their job very well. It was delivered on Thursday evening and today is Monday and we spent 4 nights in it. There are a few minor issues and was told to call four seasons service department. I will call tomorrow and I am sure they will take care of my issues because I have heard nothing but positive comments about Four Seasons.

The after sale service when I had an issue was great. They sent some one to my seasonal site to fix the AC/Heating, This was important because I did not have a way to get the camper back dealer.
It’s more the people than the products. They are wonderful and helpful and extremely friendly. Their goal is always to help solve any problems. They will go out of their way to get you going as soon as possible in the most economical way.
