I love the used trailer I purchased. The people who delivered it to my campsite were very friendly and did their job very well. It was delivered on Thursday evening and today is Monday and we spent 4 nights in it. There are a few minor issues and was told to call four seasons service department. I will call tomorrow and I am sure they will take care of my issues because I have heard nothing but positive comments about Four Seasons.

The after sale service when I had an issue was great. They sent some one to my seasonal site to fix the AC/Heating, This was important because I did not have a way to get the camper back dealer.

It’s more the people than the products. They are wonderful and helpful and extremely friendly. Their goal is always to help solve any problems. They will go out of their way to get you going as soon as possible in the most economical way.

The product we wanted was in stock and the service was fast and friendly.

Great service and good product

I’ve had to use the service several times because of several issues with the camper. The road service truck showed up quick on both occasions and genuinely cared about ensuring the camper was fixed. On another occasion, I was a week away from holidays and had some essential service that needed to be done. They were able to fit me in during a busy schedule to ensure my families vacation plan was unaffected.

I have purchased two units so far and the person that has won me over the most and the reason I came back the second time is Scott from the service department. He is truly in my opinion, ONE OF A KIND!!

Chelsey is another person that has made me feel important and I also appreciate her and the job she does.

As far as your products go Jayco has been the brand I have chosen twice and I am convinced at this point that they are just a cut above most.

I have only used the unit I currently have for a maximum of about 10 weeks over the time I have owned it and it has served me well.
