The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. The salesman, Adam was informational but not pushy. He showed us many different units and the different options of RV layouts. He was more than receptive to me asking to come back several times to me coming back to Four Seasons and measure and look at different areas of our potential purchase to make sure it was the right unit for us. Other staff were very helpful with questions or concerns we had. Two thumbs up for Four Seasons Regina.

They are very accommodating. They make sure you are looked after. This includes the parts and service people as well.

I like the secure way that our trailer is stored.

However, we did have an incident where the person moving our trailer from the front lot to the back compound damaged our trailer jack. A little more care would be nice. It was promptly replaced at no charge to us thankfully!

Friendly sales and service personnel

Staff was very congenial and helped out our salesperson whenever needed. You were very busy and kept us informed. We enjoyed our experience purchasing our Hybrid and we camped this past weekend and enjoyed everything about it.
We have a couple issues to buff up on but couldn’t be happier. Definitely a class business with a personal approach. Thank you so much for everything.

Maurice the salesman was courteous and interested in us - not just on the sale. Rory was kind and efficient and processed the financial part so we only had to sign the documents. Thanks foe the beautiful trailer! We are excited to take it out!

Everyone is friendly, make you feel comfortable and treat you like they care and truly want to help.
Service department are fantastic to deal with, Scott, Eric and the lady ( name escapes me), SHE is very much in control- she knows all of the customers and as a team they want to make sure everything is done correctly the first time. And they understand “new” campers sometimes need further education and they are always available to help.

I like how the sales person listens to what the customer wants, then proceeds to meet the request.

Very good quality and anything that had issues was repaired promptly and professionally. The service person that came to our camper went above and beyond helping us get our satellite dish working and then made other repairs we needed. Very good service.

Good warranty service

We did appreciate the overall experience we had at your store. The staff looked knowledgeable, we got all the help we needed, even when I came to pick up the fist time (and was quite lost on some feature). Dealing with you was nice and easy. It was a pleasant experience, and we will return when will need more accessories. Yes, we will suggest you to our friends if they are in the market for a RV.
