I appreciate being able to use online check-in to get in line for a cut without having to physically be in the salon.
The customer service was top-notch, and my hair was cut quickly, efficiently, and exactly how I wanted.
I feel awful foe forgetting the name of my stylist, but she was fantastic and our casual conversation made the whole cut pleasant and relaxed.

Neishia at my store is amazing and makes you feel like king for that 30 minutes or so you are with her. She runs chills through my spine with her calm voice, her skillful way of cutting my hair and the way she makes you feel like she wants you in her chair. The MVP is incredible also.

Stylist was great, took her time made sure it looked good, revisited couple areas she was not happy with made sure was happy with it. Did well trying to upscale but was not pushy. Said she had plan how to work on my hair next couple visit to get it right as it grows out.
