I always go to SportsClips when it comes time to get a haircut again. The way the MVP feels, and the generousness of all of the stylists makes you guys my go-to. Has been for years. You guys just keep improving as well!

This visit was a redo of my sons haircut. Yong called my son and listened and gave her professional opinion on how to fix the error another sports clips store did.
We initially went to Dove creek location and it was the first time I felt worried about the outcome. I showed a photo and she kept looking at it unsure. When it was finished she didn’t even call me to the back she let him out of the seat and didn’t even ask if it was ok. Usually the stylist will ask if everything was ok and that did not happen. His hair was not blended and it did not look well. At that point I didn’t feel comfortable asking her to fix it so I decided to go to another store. Everyone was welcoming, Yong was kind and professional, she helped fix the issue that was created. Everyone including the manager went above and beyond!
