I like scheduling on-line to minimize wait periods. I like a record is kept on each individual as to how much hair to cut as I travel a lot and no matter where I go, the cut is consistent.

I have been coming into your facilities for some time now and I have always liked the service that I received.
I now have found that perfect hair stylist that has , in my opinion gone far and above what I have seen in the past.
Her name is Yong, and she is absolutely the best I’ve had the privilege to work on my hair!

Both service and price are great, and the reservation system is the added touch that makes all the difference. Plus, you can choose your stylist. I did purchase a product once in a weak moment, and won't do that again. Too expensive, but I knew that from an earlier experience. Didn't learn!
No long waiting and hairdresser (Chiquita) is very professional and makes her customers comfortable.
Although I do have my favorite, all have received and understood my desired cut. Each visit has produced what I desire. I like the MVP, not necessarily what I "need" but I do feel better after.

Monica is awesome. She’s at the Creekside location in New Braunfels. I like that she listens to her clients and give them what they want not necessarily what she thinks I want. She has become my go to person when I need a haircut.
