Their note taking - they remember how I want my hair cut.
Prompt and courteous service. Good value and good operating hours. Plus they have my "setting" at the ready so I don't really have to tell them how I want my hair to be cut.
Service was quick and Megan did exactly what I asked with my hair.

Gloria does an excellent job
We had wonderful , attentive service from both Monica and Gloria in New Braunfels. The cuts for my sons were exactly what we wanted and they both enjoyed the experience! My husband is on his way now to get his cut as well with one of these fantastic ladies! Highly recommend for any age
Associate was very polite and proficient.
Raquel was awesome. Very nice and went over and beyond. I will be requesting her next time. She cares. Not one to review usually.
Friendly staff great products
If there is one thing at this particular sports clips that needs to be addressed is, I would like to see new chairs. Some of the seats are old cracked and showing a lot of wear and tear.
Thanks
Very professional

We absolutely LOVE Elizabeth. She has been cutting our sons hair for several years. My son has Down Syndrome and she treats him like he is a king. He loves getting his hair cut because of her.
