The exterminator was able to change our appointment time on the fly. He was very gracious about it because it was my fault we couldn't meet at the original appointment time. Since the house has been treated we are seeing significantly less bugs in and outside the house. I can't say that they have totally disappeared but it has been a great improvement.

Your techs are always on time. They are where they are supposed to be when they say they will be. They get in, they get out. They handle their business. Also, whenever I have need to call the office, I am always pleased with the way my call is handled. The ladies are always very helpful, personable, and professional. Arrow Exterminators is the stuff!
