A recent example of amazing professionalism: Pierre was here to do our annual termite inspection, and he was so thorough that while he was up in the attic, he noticed a gap where some of our shingles had come loose, which we promptly repaired. To ensure we didn't have wildlife causing the damage, he called the wildlife division while still at our house and had them come out - which resulted in us getting much needed insulation From Eric Benitez.

The best part about Arrow is their technicians. Tommy does our pest control and he is great— Samir and Patrick were previous techs for that service and were fantastic. Jack does our mosquito service and I wish he did pest control so that we got to see him year round. Overall fantastic people working for Arrow— my only wish was that someone would call the homeowner anytime the rates change. I’ve noticed that on billing autopay but it is annoying to realize rates going up without a notification or discussion.

My tec is professional, knowledgeable, respectful and always does a very thorough job. It's refreshing to have someone I can count on to schedule apts at my convenience & call with heads up on his way. He covers His feet before entering my home so respectful. In error I missed our last scheduled appointment with a sick grandchild i was called away and forgot.

He was so understanding and considerate about changing it to another date.

I do like your service however, I have a questions. Do the Terminators not spray the corners of the house? I noticed that most is the spraying is done at the windows and not in the corners of the house.
