The technician was very thorough in looking for sources of ants. He came back a few days later when he had time on his schedule to examine several trees around our house and found several nests of ants.

The Technician this time was very sloppy in appearance and the work. Unlike Joseph Dounis, who I had before, James did not spray all the areas don by Joseph. He was too big and it was too hot for him to bother to go up into the attic. He strained to get under the sinks, and didn’t spray around the window and doors inside. Please do not send James back. I have seen live roaches, spiders, ants, and other bugs since he sprayed. I would see those after Joseph’s visit but they would all be dead. I will call to set up another appt.
