First letter of the alphabet is of course an "A" which thinking of my school days meant excellent.
How appropriate our fav exterminator company ARROW begins with A and after all the years of their servicing our home they still get an A rating!!

Knowledgeable and accommodating office staff is supported by highly trained field personnel who are backed by specialist in multiple disciplines of rodent control. Learned this 1st hand earlier this year when squirrels in the attic required Arrows attention. Additionally, their work uncovered an issue with weathered plywood and shingles surrounding the fireplace chimney.

With that said I'm changing my evaluation to a A++
