Wait times are not that long, and it is easy to get in. Also I haven't had a bad stylist. I forget the name of the last one, but she did a really good job with my hair. I will have to get her name for future references the next time I go in.

Pim is the best and I always get the best haircut and always she takes quality time to make sure your haircut is perfect the shampoo and conditioner which is an awesome experience hot or cold towel rapped over your face as you sit in a massage chair then the blow dry and style then the shoulder massage from start to finish very professional. Thanks Pim you are awesome.

Nice that its walk in, no appointment needed. Good and clean environment. Service was great. Had a couple ear stray hairs around my ear. Haircut was great! The MVP is the way to go.
