My son likes the environment and stylists here. However, I purchase an MVP season ticket for him everytime. This last visit I told the stylist we had MVP cuts in our bank when she took him back. He told me on the car ride home he didn't receive MVP, only a haircut, but I was charged one of my MVP tickets. He didn't feel comfortable speaking up so we did not receive what we paid for in this case. Have not run into this before.
