Great staff at the Grand Forks, ND store. What I DO NOT like is the incompetent I.T. that runs your app. The amount of frustration they cause for your customers that your people at the corporate office clearly could NOT care less about is astonishing. Maybe your bonuses should be tied to the lack of competence of your I.T. department. Maybe at that point, you would actually fix the short comings of your app that kicks people out of line. And no, its not an isolated issue. Multiple times we have be removed from the line, and not by our choice. I have even been sitting in the store, checked in, with the screen showing im in store, only to get a message I was removed from the line. Can't image how a corporation would not require better from their people who run their app. Don't worry, I expect you to do NOTHING about this. That's how low my expectation is for your corporate staff.

A very pleasant experience. The ladies that were working that day had a very full schedule, but they all handled it like Champs. The young lady who cut my hair was very intentive of the way i like my haircut, and also very friendly kept a nice conversation going throughout the appointment.
I like the sign up/get-in-line feature. My total wait time from home was just 23 minutes. The shop is very vibrant & provides a fun sports atmosphere. Thought the audio was a little too loud; tended to make conversation w the stylist more difficult. Kabita was very welcoming & took time to get acquainted with my hair & beard preferences. She was very comfortable & skilled as she trimmed my hair & beard. Kabita took time to check her results & my satisfaction - which was very high.

Madam Jami has always done a lovely job with my haircut. When I am at work, the Grand Forks area is the nearest Sportsclips I can go to as compared to where I usually go to and now I have two branches of Sportsclips where I can visit and be at ease for their spectacular service.
