I like having the app to see the wait time and get in line. My most recent visit had no wait time and I was in and out super fast. The best compliment I can give my stylist is that nobody noticed I got a haircut, but I look good!

I've been to this location as well as the Grand Forks one several times and Pim really stood out as incredible! She was friendly, thorough, and had great attention to detail. If I wasn't moving out of the area next week I would regularly request her specifically; I have never wanted to do that before. 10/10 thanks to Pim!

The customer service is always top notch. The facility is always clean & tidy and I never feel rushed. They offer great products that are never pushed and I love being able to catch up on sports news/games whilst sitting in the chair or in the waiting room. Keep up the great work!

The lady that cut my son’s hair was amazing. He is only two years old and this was his first time sitting by himself for a haircut. I regret not getting her name, but she was awesome.
