The workers are very friendly and accommodating, my son doesn't like to sit alone when getting his haircut so they worked around that but letting him sit on Mom's lap.
I like having the app to see the wait time and get in line. My most recent visit had no wait time and I was in and out super fast. The best compliment I can give my stylist is that nobody noticed I got a haircut, but I look good!

I've been to this location as well as the Grand Forks one several times and Pim really stood out as incredible! She was friendly, thorough, and had great attention to detail. If I wasn't moving out of the area next week I would regularly request her specifically; I have never wanted to do that before. 10/10 thanks to Pim!
