My son loves the “royal treatment” with the fast service, hair shampoo, hot towel, and back massage.
The customer service, the online check in and Jamie (manager) does a great job cutting my hair. When your waiting you can see that a culture of customer service is alive and well.

Was warmly welcomed when arrived. Started getting hit with all sorts of specials and “new customer” deals. Asked to have 1/2 inch cut. Ended up being “skinned” - much to short. Then said were using shampoo which would “grow hair.” Really? She offered it to me at $32 a bottle. Then later face conditioner that was $12. Ended up like I was getting a time share presentation. Just don’t think I would feel comfortable althoughI like the format.

I have always had great service when I come in to get a hair cut. All associates are super nice and friendly. Overall this SoortsClips location is by far the best that I have experienced. Jamie (Manager) is very proficient at customer service. Jenna (my hair dresser) is always super nice and an excellent stylist. I will not go any where else to get a hair cut.

I had just worked a 12 hour shift, looked and felt like death warmed over. Jodie got me settled in, did a great job on my haircut. I’m not a good looking guy, but I walked out of there feeling like George Clooney.
My warm towel was orgasmic. Can say that? How about icing on the cake? Yeah. That’s it, icing on some cake.
In all seriousness, if I could afford a $35 haircut every week, I would!!! Jodie is the epitome of professionalism. With several clients waiting behind me for her services. Sports Clips is lucky to have her!!!

I was given a free haircut card by a friend of mine. I really enjoyed the extras that came with the MVP upgrade, but I like the haircuts I get at my regular barber better (for the same price).

This is a long story, but I used your app to do online check-in like I always do. I got to my usual location at the recommended time. I couldn't request the stylist I wanted because she came in at 2pm, and even though I had a 30-minute wait-time, the system wouldn't let me request her at 1:30. So I chose First Available. When I got there, there was someone in front of me, no problem. He got the stylist that usually works with me (Jenna). After I got there, another girl came in and checked-in her boyfriend.... he was outside. Now, I have a traditionally-assumed-male name, "First name removed," but I am a girl, and I get great haircuts at this store, which is why I keep coming back. But the other stylist that came in at 2pm (Pauline?), looked at my name, went right by me, stuck her head out the door, asked the guy -outside- if he was First name removed, and he got a haircut before me, in my place... Now, I was sick that day, and decided I didn't have the patience to stay, but maybe y'all could ask the girl in the room if her name is First name removed, instead of not even looking at her, because her name sure as heck wasn't Michael (the other name on the list). Thanks.

I was in the shop a week or so ago. Jamie at the Wilson Great Clips cut my hair and I simply love it. She also put me onto a shampoo for my hair called Lemon Sage thickening which seems to give my hair a lot of body as well. I also bought the Crew gray shampoo.
