Services are excellent in that Jamie provides a fine, neat haircut! Price is reasonable n i like senior discount. Every one is pleasant, shop is neat and clean, and I’m comfortable in the environment.

Just a great haircut very friendly great experience
Pauline at the Wilson NC store is in the wrong position. She should be the general manager. She provides perfect hair cuts and stays fo used. Others are too busy talking or focused on things that aren’t client related. Especially Fatimah she is always talking and walking around. I used her a couple at times and love her but she always cut and messed up and Pauline can tell you she would have to fix it. I saw another stylist leave a terrible cow lock on a young man about ten years old a new client and I brought it to Paulines attention he was new as I overheard in the lobby and they would lose him over that if it was my child. She very quietly corrected the stylist. Why is some like Pauline not in charge. This Wilson location would thrive with her leadership. Please share with the Wilson owner and Pauline.

Way too short. That seems to happen majority of the time we go. We typically go to a stylist in Raleigh but this time didn’t have time so we gave sports clips a try again and will not do that again. My son looks like someone put a bowl on his head and trimmed around it

Ana completely messed up my hair. Shaved it shorter than normal and left lines in the back. She never scissor cut the top which is shown on my ticket. I have stray hairs at different lengths.
I will never go back to the Wilson location.
