My shirt was drenched. Overly priced.
I haven’t been any place in along time. Had been cutting my hair for years because I had to many bad experiences. Last week I decided to go get everything trimmed Hair, mustache and beard because My girlfriend and I where going to a Dinner party that was a big deal for her and wanted to look my best . First the staff all greeted me welcoming me and made me feel comfortable. I had made my appointment on line and only chose my stylist because the time that was available I could make it in. Lakesha introduced herself and walked me back. Lakesha made me feel very comfortable listening to what I needed and explained what service I would receive. She did a awesome and delivered a great service. I will be hanging up my clippers and returning to get her to cut my hair . I must say My girlfriend was very happy to and complemented on what a great job see did . Thanks
Employees are very friendly and attentive. Wait time was not too long either.

Service was excellent and I really like my hair cut! Pauline was kind and carried a nice conversation during the hair cut. Also the hair wash and head message was great! 11/10
It's not super affordable. Especially when obligated to leave a tip. Maybe the cost of the services would feel appropriate if the tip was included in the stylist's pay. Such as, you should pay them more, instead of relying on customers tips to pay your employees.
I like the sporty theme and the goal to really take care of the customer.
Tonya did an amazing job today. Took care of me like an MVP should (see what I did there). I would highly recommend going to this location. Never a dull moment.
Haircut was horrible
Jamie is the BEST!!!. She does an awesome job.
The only thing that can be improved upon would be pricing. $21 for a haircut is a bit pricey. I'm hoping that's just because of the impact of the COVID pandemic. I came to Sport Clips because of bad experiences at Great Clips. The thing is that Great Clips charged $14 for standard haircuts.
I can understand $21 for the haircut and shampoo in the varsity cut. But the varsity with just the cut should be less expensive.
Other than that, the stylist was great. She got my hair better than I ever had it done at Great Clips. She was polite, too, and professional. I was impressed by her and the job she did on my hair.
We visit frequently. Never had many problems until the last 3 times. My sons hair has been uneven every time we have been lately. It’s super disappointing. I have had to take him elsewhere and have it fixed each time costing more money. We will not be returning.

Our son loves to come to get the VIP treatment. He’s going to be 10 soon so his treat was getting treated like a VIP. The stylist are great and always make him feel important.

Felt like the cut was rushed.. Also, misunderstanding on MVP package for 1st time customers, resulting in me paying more than I wanted. Also, I feel that I should have the right to tip or not to tip.
Been going here the past several years for a hair cut and I've never had a bad experience. I do suggest checking in on the app as there can be long wait times depending on the day, but the app tells you when you need to arrive so you dont have to sit and wait around.
