I am a female and I am pretty low-maintenance. I love how I can go and get my hair cut in a timely manner. The ladies that do my hair always do a great job, too. The MVP is the best with the massaging shampoo and the warm towel. I went a couple of days ago and I liked how it was cheaper for customer appreciation month. I am always highly satisfied and the ladies at the Wilson, North Carolina store never disappoint! Also, the tea tree moisturizer is amazing! :)
No matter who trims your hair they are all well trained to do a very good job.
Everything was fine, maybe want to have more stylists on busy days so the wait is not as long

This was our first time visiting a Sport Clips and I don’t think we will be back. My boys were very excited about trying it out. Sign said “No Wait” but we ended up waiting a Very long time for 2 boys haircuts. Saw a lot of activity from workers in the back but not a lot of urgency to cut hair quickly. Confused why there were multiple people working and only one cutting hair. Sign on front table had “Holiday Sale” with snowflakes. Easy fix to make front lobby look updated. Only 2 chairs in waiting area so had to stand awhile & wait. Girl cutting my sons hair was more interested in talking to former co-worker than hurrying up and finishing his haircut. The workers were friendly enough, but service and system for cutting hair quickly was severely lacking. Will stick with our neighborhood barber shop. :(
