We have had great service and never had an issue with any of the customer service reps or drivers, they are always friendly and patient.
The driver who delivered recently -- 2225 on the ticket -- was excellent. He saw a note on the order that the office was supposed to call a day ahead, so he called me before he delivered to make sure I had received the advance notice call. I hadn't. No one had called the day before. So his call alerted me to his upcoming arrival, which was necessary because I had to move my car out of his way in the driveway. He was courteous, efficient, and professional. I really appreciate his covering all the bases! Name removed
