Our delivery was at 5:30 AM and the delivery person called ahead of time to make sure it was OK to come that early! He was so polite! We really appreciated it.
My husband and I have been customers since July of 2012. We have been extremely happy with the service that we have been provided. I can honestly say that we have never had a negative experience and have been treated very well. Our experience began with Valerie Coggburn and Jacquelyn Ray. These women are outstanding. Valerie has always went above and beyond to help Jon and I with pricing. We were sad to see both of these wonderful ladies move on but are very happy they are successful in their new roles. Moving on to the current staff Courtney is amazing she is always positive and very willing to do whatever she can to be of help. She helped with our pre-buy pricing and we are so appreciative. We would like to thank Kevin Miller for his help as well.

Other than the propane tank looking terrible, the service is just fine. I don't know if it's our responsibility to paint the tank. I attempted to spray paint it, several years ago: however, it didnt' last long.

I have a very senior dog that is almost blind and deaf and I’m afraid sometimes to let that dog door open. If I think somebody might open it and he always text me and let me know.!!!
I also like the opportunity to buy in to the Propane when they offer it for a specific price every year it only cost me $39 to ensure this!

I like the fact that you have a monitor on our tank. I know you will be here when we need you instead of having to remember to check the tank ( which I can't see).. And the level billing makes things so much easier. All around great service.
Always on time
Quick response when the level on my tank said that I was almost out of propane. I called the girl in the office Tammy and she was so accommodating and she didn’t think they could get to me for a couple days and I was sweating it but just so happens they came out the very next day.
I want the company to know that Tami has been very accommodating. I have had large bills I have had to make payments on I’m a 71-year-old senior, and I live off of Social Security and they have allowed me to make payments and they have no idea what that means to me.
The company is responsive to questions we may have and the service is as good as I could expect.
