Customer service. Our old provider went to answering machine where they call you back. It took them over a week to return my call. I like to call and speak to an actual human that can take care of my order without multiple phone calls

i like being able to call in and talk to a live person! anytime i have had any kind of issue (which has been very few), i will place the call and explain my issue. ALWAYS courteous and very helpful. i even call for my mother in law and again always helpful! been with earhart a long time and i know they have been bought out many times over the years, but i hope they continue!

We like the price and the delivery plan. We never have to call or worry about running out of fuel. The delivery people are respectful of our yard and dogs and never really disturb us when they deliver. The fuel almost magically appears. haha
You have always filled the tank before it ran out.
Always prompt with their service and the mobile app is user friendly and convenient to use. Can have my tank filled while I'm busy with work.

I like having the monitor on the tank, so I can check the level from my computer. I don't like that I'm charged $49 a year (up from $39 last yr) to use your services.
