Great cuts

Our first time in today. I brought my adopted son, Eli who is 12. Eli has been a foster child in the past and has had some horrible experiences in his life. He can be adverse to being touched unless he trusts someone, even just getting his hair cut. The manager, Patti, was the person who helped us. She was amazing. Eli was very nervous about getting his hair cut, and a little unsure of what he wanted. Patti immediately sensed that he was sensitive, and took time to really listen to him, and look at pictures he liked. She continued to check in with him as she did his haircut. She remained confident and positive. Her reassurances won him over. He was thrilled with the massaging shampoo and hot towel treatment, along with the vibrating chair. He stated several times how much he loved this trip and how we would definitely be back. He even said he wished he could just have his hair go Poof! and be back on his head so he could do it all again. I was really amazed at Patti's skill...not only as a terrific stylist, but her people skills as well. She turned something that could have been a little traumatic for him into such a great experience that he is eager for his hair to grow out and repeat! She also recommended some great products that we purchased. We'll definitely be back to see Patti. It's a little bit of a drive, but sooooo worth it. Thank you, Patti, for your excellent and caring service today. You've definitely won our loyalty! (By the way, we've had his hair cut at several different places around town and he has hated it each time. The haircut was fine, he just hated the experiences. So this was a really, really big deal that he loved it.)

Shawn the manager in Matthews is always willing to take as much time as needed to ensure I am completely satisfied. She also does an exceptional job. She doesn't just try to get the job done and move on to someone else. I feel all of the ladies there have that mentality. It feels like I am getting a custom haircut every time.

I have only tried some hair gel and like it a lot, but the reason I keep coming back is Melissa. I think she cuts my hair better than anyone ever has, and she makes me feel very welcomed every time I see her.

Shampoo and leave in conditioner are safer and better than store bought products.Environment is clean and comfortable.

I love the personal service and the value of the MVP treatment. As a veteran I also like the support that Sport Clips provides to the VFW. I would never consider going anyplace else.

Every one is so friendly, usually Melissa does my hair and she is the reason I have returned, last time I went she was out sick, I needed a hair cut real bad. Amberly asked if she could take care of me, she complemented Melissa and asked how I needed my hair cut. She gave me a very good hair cut.
