Every one is so friendly, usually Melissa does my hair and she is the reason I have returned, last time I went she was out sick, I needed a hair cut real bad. Amberly asked if she could take care of me, she complemented Melissa and asked how I needed my hair cut. She gave me a very good hair cut.

The service is so friendly and professional, and if the ladies use a product, it's available to purchase, which makes for a very organized, unifies experience, in-shop and at home.

I haven't had a hair cut in probably 2 years as I normally shave my head. However, I was blown away by the expert service, timely cut and professionalism from Tammy. She did a fantastic job of greeting me, telling me about her experience working here and knowledge of the best guards to use. I was pleasantly suprised by the complimentary neck massage towel treatment on my first visit. I will absolutely get that again. All I have to say is that I was blown away. Keep up the good work guys. I will be coming back to see Tammy.

Jaime at SportClips Matthews is the best! If it were not for Jaime, I would not be a client of Sport Clips. She should be teaching everyone in the SportClips family how to provide great customer service, how to create value in the brand and make guys want to come back and mom's want to bring in their children!
