It's a nice chill place to get a good quick haircut while my wife checks out the shops next door. Maybe a little pricey but the girls do good work.

My son and I have used Sport Clips many times in the past, and been very happy with the results. We recently moved from West Des Moines, Ia to Matthews NC, and went back the Sport Clips off Sam Newell Rd because we thought we knew what to expect. As it turned out, we were wrong, but in a fantastic way. My son had his hair cut by Ericka, and I had mine done by Heather. We both had an MVP double up, which we had never been exposed to at our last store, and we both, (and I don't say this lightly) had not only the best haircut we have received from Sport Clips, but the best experience we have had from ANY establishment, or stylist. They were knowledgeable, very good at what they did, extremely friendly, and a lot of fun. Prior to now, haircuts have been a necessity that should be postponed as long as necessary. Today's experience made me want to go back early and often! We are very pleased with our experience, and will absolutely recommend them to our friends.

The ladies at the Matthews, NC location are amazing with my son. They tr after him like a prince and we get a better haircut with Erica than anywhere else.

I love Sport Clips! The whole concept of watching sports while you're waiting and the atmosphere is much more to the liking of guys. The stylists take very good care of their customers and the MVP treatment can make me completely forget the bad day I had at work. But more than these things, the efforts that they put forth from the corporate level all the way down on behalf of our Veterans is very noteworthy and I would support an organization that did those things even if I had to listen to house music and look at magazines for women. I rave about their services and corporate endeavors every chance I get.
