Rosa was my stylist and I found her to very inviting, I wear my hair short short (I am a female client) my husband recently started going to her. She did a great job! I have been going to other Sports Clips for years (following the stylist that moved from one location to another) and I would like to point out that all the magazines are directed towards males/sports . I realize women make up a very small percentage as the direct customer. But moms are in there all the time with their boys, they are the decision maker on where they go - so the female demographic creates a high volume revenue stream. Just something to consider

Enjoyable experience

I like the MVP package with the shampoo and massage. I feel paid attention to, not just getting a haircut. Some stylists take their time and give a better overall experience than others. That is why I prefer a certain stylist over others.

Follow up from the survey i just entered. I have enjoyed, recommended and intentionally driven out of my way for several years just to come to this location due to the high level of client service, attention detail and friendliness. My experience yesterday was far from that and if there wasn't a history, i would never ever return-and spread the word. Though i understand some people may have a bad day, in customer service you never let it show. Alyssa appeared bored, disinterested and could care less that she had a job, let alone, was serving me. I had to ask her several times to 'fix' a few things, she seemed annoyed. I had to ask for a shampoo, 'oh, you want a shampoo'. Doesn't this chair vibrate? 'Oh, you can press the green button'. One of reasons i come to Sport Clips is for the experience (hot towel, face rub, good solid head massage while shampooing.). she shampooed my hair as if she was holding a fragile piece of china, barely applying pressure. Lasted 1/2 the time they usually do. upon check out she barely audibly in a monotone voice said 'thanks and we'll she you next time'. Not a good representation of your brand. I am extremely disappointed. Be glad to give additional details if needed. Thanks for listening.

With the exception of yesterday's visit (11/13/17) I would highly recommend this location for it's friendly staff, quality, attention to detail

Sports Clips is the perfect place for a guy to get a haircut. Watch sports while you wait and while the stylist cuts your hair. The MVP treatment is very special and takes away all the cares of the day. I also deeply appreciate the work they do to support veterans.
