Great staff giving great cuts

When I was a kid I watched my mom take a hatchet and in very precise angry chops, removed all my drunken father's hair. Also an ear. Ever since then, I've been a fan of Barbers.

Sports Clips mixed everything I would want in a haircut. Sports playing on TV, lively conversation, slightly psychotic women that could possibly take an ear. The only thing it's missing is my mother's last words as they dragged her to jail. "Next time you cheat I'm giving you a Brazilian, You M*thaf*cke!" I always get the special package with the shampoo, hot towel massage, and back massage.

I try to get there at least once a month for a trim and beard line up. Which, coincidentally is the exact timeline I followed in visiting my mother. But the sign in and waiting room at Sports Clips is much better. You can log in on your phone to hold you place in line, or just show up and enjoy comfortable chairs while watching TV. So much better than the Clearwater Woman's Correctional Facility process. Although, I do miss the strip search.

In short, a haircut from Sports Clips is some real self care that helps relieve the stress of modern life and unmistakable weight of titanic like mother issues.

Great cuts for my husband! He's a "somewhat" younger ex-vet, and over the years, sometimes let's his hair get.. a little unkempt. I think it's maybe from not having to be perfectly on point 24/7.

However, after getting it done just right there, he has been realizing how attractive he is clean cut. He gets compliments (and can't just say it's just me being biased - lol), and looks great all the time. It doesn't matter if it's a quick run to the store, or a night out with me. He's on point!

Also, your stylists (especially the one he just had since our move here), respect him and know exactly what he likes when they ask him what he's looking for. I think that's why he used to hate going for a haircut.

People at other places tell him what he wants. At Sport Clips, they listen and hear. They go over what he says and get to it. You have garnered his respect which is not an easy thing to do!

Thanks for your great staff and being true to men and making them comfortable and not conforming them into what other hairstylists want. You take care of your customers wants, and that is outstanding!

P.S. I'm not big on sports unless I'm at home with him. I hate going to get my hair done for the same reasons he didn't like. If you ever come up with a women's cut experience that I can leave with what I want, and not go home miserable because they went ahead and did what they want, please let me know!
