Very welcoming environment when you either schedule online and check in or check in right in the store. Not a long wait and fast process. The Matthews, NC team really understands the customers needs and gets things done right the first time. Moe, the manager always takes care of me and is beyond the best. I liked that you could book from an app as well as at the terminal in the shop. I liked getting the notification as to when I was next. I was happy with the service the stylist gave me and like my haircut.

Amazing. Courtney did such a great job. Took her time looked at my hair at different angels her MVP was great I had to get a second one. One of my best experance I've had in a long time. Ill be driving 30 min out of my way to go to her every time.

Everybody likes to communicate with a hairdresser about their style preferences. At times. I have had such issues. I have had no communication problems with this establishment, and I have consecutively had my hair cut and trimmed exactly the way I like it. And, the entire process is very professional and customer oriented. I highly recommend this establishment. They do a great job!

Love getting my hair cut here. Everyone is so talented and fast. Keli is my go to Girl but I've never had one bad experience with any of the stylist!

The facility is always clean and we're welcomed with smiles and greetings from the ladies who work there. I've taken both my son and daughter to Sport Clips and they did a great job with both of their hair cuts. This time my son got the full MVP experience which he absolutely loved! My son's hair is not easy to cut - he has multiple cowlicks which can make getting his hair to lay flat and styled a challenge. Mo gets it right every time!

Nice atmosphere. I like that the app knows when I have arrived in store. I like that the app tells me how many days since my last visit.
