I made an online appointment on the first day the Matthews store was re-opened in NC. I was greeted by the owner who was very friendly and who helped get me checked in. She explained the process and made sure everyone was comfortable waiting outside by providing chairs and keeping everyone informed who was up next since there was to be a limited number of people in the store.
Moe was my stylist and she is always the rockstar professional that provides an excellent cut and experience while I was in the store. I came from Virginia just to have my hair cut in this store because I appreciate the customer service and top notch professionalism. Thank you to Moe and her team for a wonderful experience.

Easy to get i with the app, and I seldom have to wait more than 5 minutes when i get there. Price is reasonable for just a hair cut. I like the atmosphere even though I'm no sports junkie!
All of the Sport Clip representatives were efficient in moving customers through the necessary progression to get the services offered by the business here in Matthews NC. They were very aware of the feelings of customers while being efficient in getting the job done while keeping the normal upbeat atmosphere found in all Sport Clip stores throughout the country.

Sport Clips has a neighborly, comfortable appeal. Feel right at home immediately. The stylists that I see, will consult their notes form my previous visits and question me about the current style and what if any changes want to make. I am not sure where they keep their notes on each client, but that is an impressive piece of customer service.
I see two or 3 of the stylists at the Matthews Festival and , I like checking in on line to see the wait times for a specific stylist. That is a game changer for me, This allows me to multitask and accomplish additional activities en route.
