The phone app makes scheduling very convenient, I especially appreciate the wait time displayed. The service,though, can be mixed. For the last visit I was very satisfied with my cut, but the previous one I was not.

I made an online appointment on the first day the Matthews store was re-opened in NC. I was greeted by the owner who was very friendly and who helped get me checked in. She explained the process and made sure everyone was comfortable waiting outside by providing chairs and keeping everyone informed who was up next since there was to be a limited number of people in the store.
Moe was my stylist and she is always the rockstar professional that provides an excellent cut and experience while I was in the store. I came from Virginia just to have my hair cut in this store because I appreciate the customer service and top notch professionalism. Thank you to Moe and her team for a wonderful experience.

Easy to get i with the app, and I seldom have to wait more than 5 minutes when i get there. Price is reasonable for just a hair cut. I like the atmosphere even though I'm no sports junkie!
