I like the full service.... Shampoo, face towel, massage etc. However, service levels are inconsistent person to person. I was just in yesterday, eyebrows weren't clipped, ears weren't clipped, I have a profile as to what I get done, but seems no one uses profle.

All the Sport Clips share the details between their stores of the type of cut you get. My cut in NC was the same I received in PA. My stylist, Max was very pleasant and upbeat. The whole experience was excellent.

Your staff is talented. Since I'm a repeat customer, I no longer need to discuss options with my stylist (Marcia at Heritage). Nonetheless, she always describes what I picked last time as a reminder and provides choices. She's dependable. ...I'm always pleased with the cuts. ...Finally, she's fast -- though I never feel rushed.

They always do their best when it comes to the massage/hair wash and really listen well to what I want cut and what I don’t want cut. The products used to help me look my best is always kind and helpful especially when I have somewhere I need to be.
