Chase, the stylist who cut my hair, did an excellent job and was very personable and pleasant. I asked for a rather drastic change and she didn’t bat an eye. She informed me of additional services (shampoo, etc.) but did not pressure me when I declined. I was a walk-in without an appointment or check-in via the mobile app, and she got me in and out quickly.
The staff is professional, fast and efficient. They take the time to ask about the client's needs and does their best to provide the best haircut possible. The products are quality material.

I had Chelle cut my hair the other day and not only was she great to talk to, but she made it very clear on what she was doing with my hair and helped me find the words to say exactly what I wanted and it looks amazing! Couldn’t recommend her more! I usually go to the sports clips closer to my house but was unable to that day, now I think I’ll go here even though it’s out of the way!

Dianna is always great! Honestly the system they use for the online check-in does not work properly but it’s not the staffs fault. I would say fix the system or get the staff a system they can manage. Overall the experience is always good with the staff.
