It is normally quick and easy. Signing in online gives you more flexibility in your planning. Showing up in-store does give you priority, which can be nice too.
I haven’t had a bad haircut yet, they don’t try to over-sell you on services or products (but they are there if you want them), and they pretty much talk as much or as little as you do. All huge wins in my book.

I like how you are up front on your prices, no hidden fees. Very friendly, great atmosphere and the best haircuts anywhere around... the stylists take the time to listen to what you want, throughout the haircut they check in on me, asking me if I like the direction it's going, would I like it shorter? Very vocal... I love that... and of course the VIP treatment, even if you didn't get the VIP treatment like I do, you will still feel like a VIP. Give em a try... you won't be disappointed.
