However, at my last visit, someone made a mistake and checked in another customer under my name and when I arrived my name was no longer on the list. Fortunately the store manager recognized that this was an error and had me seen at my previously scheduled appointment time. There is an issue with their software which can let this happen. It should be corrected to avoid upsetting future customers.
