Easy to set up an appointment through the APP. Though I have seen many walk ins frustrated that they have to use the app to 'get in line'. Staff is very quick and pleasant to help walk ins get in line.

Kennedy is an outstanding groomer and also a valuable manager. While there, she gave me a great cut just as I asked her to do, and at the same time was patiently helping other worker with their haircut challenges and the running of the cash register and list of waiting customers.
You have an outstanding employee there and I plan to have her give me a cut every 4 or 5 weeks in the future.
