Being able to have a stylist listen to your wants for your hair cut. I will never not get the MVP it is amazing to have a massage and a wash it’s a game changer. All staff are always friendly and give excellent cuts.

I specifically like checking in on the app and we have had good hair cuts all around. I’m filling out the survey today though, because we have had our best experience yet with Rachel at the Fruitport location. I am very picky when it comes to my son‘s haircuts and usually I ask the stylist to fix something or blend something after they are finished. But with Rachel, I didn’t even have to ask because the haircut was perfect. The next day I brought my other two kids in and had her cut their hair too. She does a phenomenal job and the kids really liked her. :)
They listened to my 8 year old son and gave him the haircut he asked for. He was so happy he was smiling all the way out and asking me to take pictures.
Kirsty is the best! She is super personable, professional, and is by far my favorite stylist. She goes above and beyond every time and pays attention to detail especially with my beard! I would recommend her to any new customers.
