Great service. All of the stylists are terrific. I had Cheyenne (sp) this time and she was outstanding. Highly recommend location on north side of Holland.
Once again, I’m giving Jade, the stylist that takes care of my hair, a 10.
I’m giving your booking system and your business model a 0.
My number is Phone number removed
Your feedback system is skewed. I like the people who represent your business. I do not like your business. Those are two different things. Please don’t make me review a person and impact their income when I want to give you feedback about your ridiculous booking system.
My time is valuable. Being able to rely on an appointment time is important to me.
My stylist was great. Definitely willl do the MVP every time.
I like the check in feature on the app.
Also, the quality of the staff is usually consistent if you explain what you want they can do it.
