Bee is one of the only stylists in town that gets my hair done right every time. The MVP is just as good as the Jude’s equivalent and far cheaper. I like the on-deck notice board, takes all the guess work out of the short waits.

Kennedy is the best hair cutter I've ever seen and I am 84 years old. She knows her tools well and all the setting that are available on each tool. This makes her work extremely accurate and time efficient. Plus, her recommendations on how to cut a particular hair style given the customers wants, needs and questions, are on the mark.
No doubt she is the best employee in the shop.

I've been going to Sport Clips for approx 4 yrs now and the quality of my haircuts had in the past been awful to say the least, mostly dependant on location and stylist. The worst or most inconsistent location of all is the Big Rapids store. They are consistently abysmal. The stylists there are poorly trained at performing industry standard men's cuts. I only had one cut that was semi satisfactory at that location in 1.5 yrs. They do a terrible job and have terrible attitudes, they rush you in and out without caring about the quality or consistency of the haircut and if you and if you voice your displeasure with their work they get upset and have another stylist finish your cut. They complain and backstab and talk bad about other employees and it feels like I'm in a sewing circle when I'm there. I've even had stylists there lie to me and tell me the VIP treatment was no longer optional, but mandatory, in order to defraud me out of money.
The best and most consistent of all is the Grandville store. The stylists there are far better trained and capable of performing industry standard cuts. They are friendly, upbeat, happy and have good attitudes and it doesn't feel like I'm in a sewing circle when I'm there. I've never had a single 'bad' cut at this location. I leave there happy and confident in the way I look.
In closing, I have nothing but bad things to report about the Big Rapids location, although I have not been there in approx two yrs, and conversely, I have nothing but good things to report about the Grandville location. I believe that management and the talent pool are the main reasons for the huge disparity between the two locations but at any rate, they are polar opposites of one another. I will never again visit the Big Rapids location, and the Grandville location has and will continue to receive my sole patronage.
