Enjoy the exercising class. Great instructors, good bunch of people and good work.out. Also like the idea that offer of classes and activities like pickle swimming and other activities.

Don't know all i use is the treadmill and other machines in the front room.
I have recommended 3 or 4 people so far, NO LUCK. They are going to other Gyms at the moment. Would like to play pickle ball.
My son plays basketball and works out with his friends and they love how nice the staff is and from personal experience they were polite and professional. Very good place to get a basketball run in
Regular, consistent small improvements are being made. Painting, new shower fixtures, new floors, new pool filters, repaving parking lot, plumbing repairs and HVAC upgrades all make the WestPark Y a great place to work out. And so far the crowds have not discovered this, so you never have to wait for a lane in the pool, a weight machine, or a treadmill or elliptical.
Tuesday 6pm with Jen is wonderful!
They're fun, good source of socialization, an environment and opportunity for meeting and interacting with others.

I have only used the treadmills and weight machines. The area is always clean and bright.
I love the basketball gym and the people that work there always greet u with a smile ymca west park and ymca lakewood my home away from home
